Celebrate Veganuary at the Sofitel Frankfurt Opera and discover the diversity of plant-based cuisine! Throughout January, Restaurant Schönemann will once again be presenting an exclusive 3-course vegan menu – inspired by French cuisine and with a clear focus on seasonal, local and sustainable ingredients.
Head Chef Miguel Wagner creates an unforgettable flavour experience with love and innovation that will not only delight vegans. This year’s menu includes refined creations such as red cabbage essence with vanilla pumpkin, almond and kale, followed by confit carrot with aged smoked swede, caramelised fennel and oats. To finish, enjoy a decadent chocolate banana slice with passion fruit gel, piña colada sorbet and crunchy banana chips.
