The maxim of our chef is: high level, little chichi. As a former Executive Sous Chef, he has played a key role in shaping upscale French-Frankfurt cuisine in recent years. Born in Offenbach, he has held his position since September 2019. He has been familiar with local Frankfurt cuisine since the beginning of his career: He completed his training as a chef at the Lindner Kongress Hotel Frankfurt. Herbert expanded his expertise during his professional positions in four and five star hotels in Switzerland. Before returning to Frankfurt in July 2017, he was at the Relais & Chateau Burg Schwarzenstein in the Rheingau. In order to pamper his guests, he likes to use French cooking techniques and regional products that he gets from the Rheingau, Frankfurt and the surrounding area. Herbert attaches great importance to high quality products and knows his suppliers personally.
