Miguel Wagner aims to delight his guests by making them feel enchanted and at home through his dishes. Miguel Wagner is very familiar with the upscale cuisine of the Sofitel hotels. He previously cooked in other positions at the Sofitel Munich and Hamburg. From 2004 to 2009, Wagner worked his way up from junior sous chef to executive sous chef at the Sofitel Munich Bayerpost, and in 2009 served as executive chef at the Sofitel Hamburg Alter Wall. Following this, he built on his expertise in several four and five star hotels across Germany. At Restaurant Schönemann Wagner combines French culinary arts with Hessian cuisine. Born in Bad Hersfeld, he places particular emphasis on quality and fresh products in the creation of his dishes, which he sources primarily from the region.
