Our new Pommery Lounge directly in front of Restaurant Schönemann now invites you to linger – with a view of Frankfurt’s Opernplatz and a selection of light, French-inspired delicacies.

Enjoy refined dishes such as a colorful tomato variation with buffalo mozzarella and vanilla olive oil or our popular Gourmande range with raw milk cheese and air-dried ham. The summery dishes are accompanied by selected champagnes from Pommery – such as the elegant Pommery Apanage Brut or the fruity Kir Royal de Reims, our signature champagne cocktail.
